Meeting house NRW
We have five meeting rooms in a size for 10 to 180 people. They are equipped with modern conference technology.
We offer individually designed all-inclusive conference packages. Our services around your meeting: beamer, big screen, flipchart, screen, moderator box, talking and music system, catering.
We also offer childcare on request.
The Lichthof in Schacht 3 - the "Hotspot" for stylish celebrations, conferences, seminars of all kinds
The heart of the house is the Lichthof, a light-flooded hall with large glazed garden and underfloor heating. The hotel and restaurant association NRW considered it to be one of the most beautiful halls.
The Lichthof can accommodate up to 150 people, but is also suitable for smaller events.
Seminar room "Lehrstollen"
A functionally practical seminar room for up to 50 people. The room can be divided into Lehrstollen I and Lehrstollen II and for 2 groups with a maximum of 25 persons.
Seminar room Kaue 1
An ideal meeting and conference room for 20 people.
Seminarraum Kaue 2
A comfortably furnished conference, meeting room for 20 persons.
Seminar kitchen
Suitable for small groups up to 12 persons, offers the possibility to self-supply.
Horster Mitte Culture hall
Modern and multifunctional is the Horster Mitte Cultural Center, located directly opposite Castle “Schloss Horst”. It can accommodate up to 300 people.
The lively, artistic color design of the walls, the cantilevered steel canopy construction and refined lighting give this Gelsenkirchener ballrooum a special atmosphere.
In this festival hall almost everything is possible: music and theater performances, conferences, trade fairs and exhibitions, dance and singing events, cinema, family and company celebrations, gymnastics and sporting events and, last but not least, folk festivals. The large forecourt with the possibility of roofing is also suitable for outdoor events.
Seminar technology
The technical equipment meets modern standards for seminars and meetings: beamer, big screen, DVD player, TV, video, moderator box and presentation board, overhead projectors, music system, radio and standard microphones.
